Gackle Care Center provides basic care assistance at our facility staffed with nurses, Medication Assistant I and activity staff to keep you healthy and engaged.

Potential residents must be ambulatory or independent with wheelchair transfers with minimal assist. The facility also has a beautiful yard, dining areas, kitchen and sitting areas. Residents are free to move about the facility and community. Activities are provided at the Care Center and surrounding areas.
