About Gackle Care Center

Gackle Care Center is a basic care facility located in Gackle, North Dakota, a convenient and short drive from Jamestown and Fargo. The building, which was originally Gackle Hospital, opened its doors as a Basic Care Facility in 1984. It has since seen many updates and changes. The facility is licensed to serve up to 34 residents and employs approximately 30-35 staff, as well as having a nurse on call 24 hours a day. The facility is a one floor, handicapped accessible building.

The facility is licensed and monitored by the North Dakota Health Department, which sets high standards of care for all facilities it licenses.
